Built using our robust 50 x 100 mm profile,mktiming belt conveyor ZRF-P 2010 is ideal for indexing applications. Various belt backing materials, and attachments are available; thus expanding the application possibilities for this conveyor system.
Conveyor Features:
- Frame:100 mm deep aluminum profile
- Pulley:T10 pitch, 28 tooth
- Width: Each lane is 50 mm wide, outside frame width is nearly unlimited, single or multiple lanes
- Length:500 mm to 10,000 mm
- Load:Up 250 lbs. per pallet and 800 lbs. per drive
- Speed:Up to 200fpm (speeds up to 80 fpm are preferred for VersaMove); Constant or Variable speed options
- Voltage:All standard US, Mexico and Canadian voltages
- Belting:T10 Timing Belt; available in standard urethane or with belt coatings including nylon and griptop
- Modules:Compatible with allmkside rails and support, see System Modules page
Technical Specifications
- Constructed using ourmk2010 series structural profile
- 100 mm tall anodized aluminum frame
- Dual t-slots along the length of the frame, each side
- T-slots along the length of the conveyor for ease of mounting stands, side rails, and custom accessories
- Beltreturns within the frame profile
- This provides a safer design
- A removable slot cover allows access to belttocleaning and maintenance
- UHMW-PE slider bed, 6 mm thick – guided for added belt tracking
- Single lane and multi-lane set ups
- Positively driven via a timing belt pulley – allowsconveyorto operate in either direction
- Maintenance free dual-sealed ball bearings
- Compatible with allmk50 system profiles and components and mostmk40 system profiles and components
- Available in head and center-drive driveconfigurations
